Dr. Daryll has lost and kept off over 400 pounds of physical weight and countless pounds of emotional weight. She will share her step-by-step process to help participants get started on their weight loss and wellness journey with the support of a community. Participants will leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and have a plan of action to get started on their wellness journey. Topics are mindset, meditation, plant-based eating, self-care, what to do when you have so much weight to lose, exercising that’s fun, vision boards, and beauty/fashion at any size.

This retreat is for women who have a significant amount of weight to lose who are ready to break free from the guilt and shame of struggling to lose weight and keep it off. Absolutely! We recommend that you come with a friend that has the same goal as you. They will have to purchased their own ticket. This event is for women only.

Yes, there will definitely be opportunities for networking and meeting others who share similar goals and challenges. Throughout the retreat, we will facilitate various group activities, discussions, and interactive sessions where participants can engage with one another, share their experiences, and build meaningful connections.
You will receive firsthand Dr. Daryll’s training on her signature framework that helped her to lose over 400 pounds and keep it off. You will also learn her way of eating and exercising framework. Your personalized plan will be created and ready for you to implement!
Yes, you will learn some body movements that will benefit your mobility and for you to practice each day.
There are no refunds but tickets can be transferred to another woman. Men will not be allowed to participate.
Dr. Daryll joined Weight Watchers with her mom at the age of 7. Well into her young adult years, she spent countless nights crying herself to sleep hating herself because she could not lose the weight that was keeping her from being who she wanted to be. After reaching 674 pounds, she had weight loss surgery. But the surgery produced minimal results. She started studying how limiting beliefs, mindset, and the subconscious mind played a major role in behavior and habits. Dr. Daryll created a system for eliminating her limited beliefs, transforming her mindset, and using her subconscious mind to lead her to desired results. Her new mindset allowed her to be disciplined, focused, persistent, and consistent. Now, she coaches women to do the same where they are finally able to lose weight, keep it off, and wake up feeling amazing during their journey.
